Refund Policy:
Full Refund: You may request to cancel your booking for a full refund if done up to 48 hours before the scheduled date and time of the tour.
50% Refund: Cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours before the tour are eligible for a 50% refund.
Non-Refundable: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are non-refundable.
By registering for a tour with Buggy Dubai, you agree to abide by these refund and cancellation terms.

A booking is considered officially canceled once you receive confirmation of the cancellation from info@buggydubai.net.
Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card/debit card used for the booking.
